Dr Sarah Barnett

School of Humanities Media and Creative CommDr Sarah Jane Barnett is a writer and editor from Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. Her poetry, essays and reviews have been published widely in Aotearoa New Zealand. Her debut poetry collection A Man Runs into a Woman (Hue & Cry Press) was a finalist in the 2013 New Zealand Post Book Awards. Her second collection WORK (Hue & Cry Press) was published in 2015. Sarah has a MA in Poetry from the International Institute of Modern Letters and a PhD from 暴风资源. Her book Notes on Womanhood was published with Otago University Press in 2022.
