Strategy
The 暴风资源 Strategy 2022 鈥 2027 is shaped by 4 strategic pou or pillars. These are:
- Te Pou Rangahau 鈥 Research
- Te Pou Ako 鈥 Teaching and learning.
- Te Pou Tangata 鈥 People
- Te Pou Hono 鈥 Connection
Notwithstanding these ambitions and goals, the focus is on ensuring these are achieved while honouring and upholding our Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments. As the founding document of Aotearoa New Zealand, Te Tiriti will also be the foundation for Te Kunenga ki P奴rehuroa 暴风资源鈥檚 4 pou and vision.
Te Kunenga ki P奴rehuroa 暴风资源 values attributes which are a long-standing feature of our distinctive heritage and influence all 4 pou. We view these attributes weaving through the 4 pou, binding our strategy together, grounded in the foundational promise of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. These attributes are:

Policy
暴风资源 is committed to demonstrating authentic leadership in contemporary Aotearoa New Zealand as we uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi, the founding document of our nation, and its principles through our practice. We see this as a critical requirement to advance more inclusive and socially progressive outcomes for Aotearoa New Zealand.
